How do I find my size?
In general, our lingerie corresponds to the usual sizes. However, because we produce up to 60 sizes, it can of course be intimidating to choose a size. So if you are unsure, it is best to visit our size guide, which you will find linked to all products, as well as directly in the menu. Of course, you can also contact us at any time via chatbox, email, Instagram or by phone and we will be happy to help you personally.

I normally only wear bras with an underwire. Can I find something with you?
We say: of course! :) Of course, the feel is not quite the same because our bralettes do not have any rigid plastic or metal parts in the bust area. If you are worried that your breasts are not well supported, we can recommend that you use the support points on the product overview as a guide. 3 points mean very good support, 1 point means comfortable / natural support, i.e. the breast lies in its natural shape in the cups.

Where can I find your lingerie?
In our online store and at the studio, of course. If you order online from us, we will be happy to send your order to you. Then you can try everything on at your leisure (briefs and bodysuits with your own underwear underneath), keep what you like and fits and send the rest back. When it comes to lingerie, we think it's best and most comfortable to try it on at home.
For some time now, we have also been listed in some local stores and you can also find us at trade fairs or pop-ups from time to time. Take a look at our store page"Where to find us", where you will always find the latest information.

What payment options do you offer?
With us, you can easily pay in cash, by credit card, Twint or invoice.

What if my order doesn't fit?
That's not a problem at all! You can send your order back to us without any problems. You will find the address on the envelope and it will only cost you the postage (max. 2CHF for 1-2 items). Then write us a short message and let us know what we could do better or which piece/size you would like to try on next.

Can I return my order?
Of course, the underwear should also fit! We will gladly exchange the size and or the model - just send us the parts back and write what we should send you instead. You do not want to exchange the products, but simply return them? Within 14 days (after the package has arrived), we can refund you 100%. For returns received after this period, we offer a refund in vouchers. Merci for your understanding!

I would like to have a custom-made product made. How do I proceed?
We live and work according to the motto "beautiful in every shape". This means that if you cannot find your size in our range, your needs are not covered by our products or you have a special request, it is best to write us an email or call us directly and we will help you quickly and easily. We look forward to hearing from you!

Do you also offer gift vouchers?
You can even choose to have the voucher sent to you by post with a nice card or, perfect for those on short notice, we can send you the code by email. We'll do the latter within 24 hours.

How do you ship and pack your lingerie?
Our lingerie is lovingly wrapped by us personally in a tissue paper and then shipped in a cardboard box. So you will not find any unnecessary plastic packaging. The delivery is then sent CO2-neutral with Pro Clima of the Swiss Post.

What do I need to consider when washing?
It is best to wash our underwear in our laundry bag at 30-40 degrees. The same also applies to our loungewear products.
For stains, you can soak the laundry beforehand. However, we advise against putting them in the 60 degree wash with your socks, for the sake of the environment and your lingerie. And be sure to dry them on the washing line, as tumble dryers damage delicate fabrics.

Help, a seam has come undone. What should I do now?
It is particularly important to us that you enjoy your lingerie for as long as possible. That's why we offer a repair service. Minor repairs such as re-sewing a seam, moving a strap or patching a small hole are free of charge. For larger adjustments we charge a small fee, but we will always ask you in advance. Where do you produce your lingerie?
All our pieces are designed and developed with a lot of love in our studio in Kriens, and almost our entire collection is also produced there. Our loungewear is produced by LU Couture in Lucerne. This means that all our pieces are handmade in Switzerland.

Where do your materials come from?
The lace comes from a family business in Italy and the elastics also come from our southern neighbours. The jersey is knitted in Portugal and all the sliders and rings come from France. We promise to always look for the most sustainable, best and local ingredients for our underwear.

Are your materials organic?
TENCEL™ Lyocell is a fiber certified by Lenzing AG Austria and is obtained from Eykalyptus, which grows in Croatia. The fiber yield per square meter is 6 times greater than that of conventionally grown cotton. Eucalyptus grows quickly and does not require artificial fertilization or irrigation and needs 10-20 times less water overall than cotton. Tencel is virtually organic by nature.
Our lace is made from recycled polyamide. The lace is re-spun from textile industry waste.
Unfortunately, we cannot completely do without synthetic fibers, as there are no fine laces made from natural materials yet and we have to use elastane for underwear, which ensures that the items keep their shape and follow your every move. -
Why don't you have certificates?
Our lingerie is vegan, made from innovative, sustainable and highly certified materials and all products are produced in Switzerland. We are a small label and such certificates cost a lot of money on the one hand, but also time resources to find the right label for us. For the future, we would like to find a certificate that matches our values.
